Cardinal Law Center’s Client Satisfaction Policy

The Cardinal Law Center PC is dedicated to providing the best service possible to all of its clients. To that purpose, CLC has established an email portal for client satisfaction, info@cardinallc.com. Any complaint received through the CLC portal will be responded to within one (1) business day, and the complaint will be resolved within three (3) business days. If CLC is unable to resolve the issue within that time range, CLC will return any and all fees made by the client without restriction.
